As therapists, we often accompany others through the landscapes of their inner worlds, yet our own parts long to be witnessed. The IFS Peer Learning Circle offers a gentle opportunity to learn, to reflect, and to experience the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model in both conceptual and personal ways.
Part 1: Foundational IFS Workshop
This two-day introduction explores the framework and philosophy of the IFS model as well as introduction to techniques, applications and case conceptualization through IFS lens.
Part 2: Reflective Learning Circle
Over six sessions, we will dive into “You Are the One You’ve Been Waiting For” by Dr. Richard Schwartz. Through shared reflections, discussions, and case-based explorations, we will examine how our relationship with Self shapes the way we love and connect both within and outside of ourselves. This space invites curiosity, authenticity, and dialogue among peers learning and growing together.
